01How to Cancel
You may cancel a booking through any of the following channels:
Account Dashboard
Go to My Bookings → select booking → Cancel Booking. Fastest method with instant confirmation.
Email support@myDivineFuture.com with your Booking ID, name, and reason for cancellation.
Phone Support
Call our helpline. Available Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST. Have your Booking ID ready.
WhatsApp or social media messages are not accepted as valid cancellation requests. Always use one of the three official channels above to receive a cancellation confirmation ID.
02Cancellation Windows & Refunds
The refund you receive depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled puja time:
Full Refund — 100%
Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Partial Refund — 50%
50% of the booking amount is refunded. The remainder covers pandit reservation costs.
No Refund
Pandit is already committed. No refund issued. Rescheduling may be possible (see Section 3).
No Refund
If you do not join the session and have not cancelled, no refund or reschedule is offered.
03Rescheduling
We encourage rescheduling over cancellation. Rescheduling is free and available under the following conditions:
- Request must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled puja
- Each booking may be rescheduled up to 2 times
- The new date must be within 60 days of the original booking
- The same pandit is not guaranteed for rescheduled bookings
- Rescheduling requests within 12 hours are subject to pandit availability and may not always be possible
To reschedule, use the Account Dashboard or contact support. There is no fee for rescheduling within the above conditions.
04Product Order Cancellations
For physical products (puja samagri, devotional items):

05Pandit-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event a pandit cancels or becomes unavailable, myDivineFuture will:

Notify you immediately
You'll receive an SMS and email notification as soon as we are informed of the cancellation.

Offer a replacement pandit
We will attempt to assign an equally qualified pandit for the same date and time at no additional cost.

Free reschedule or full refund
If no replacement is available, you may choose a free reschedule to any future date or receive a 100% cash refund.
06Exceptions & Special Cases
The following circumstances are evaluated individually by our support team:
- Medical emergencies: Provide documentation; full refund or reschedule offered at our discretion
- Bereavement: Full credit or reschedule offered with compassion
- Technical failures: If online puja is interrupted due to platform errors, a full refund or free re-performance is offered
- Natural disasters / government orders: Full credit or reschedule per our Force Majeure clause
