- Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
- Referral URLs and search terms used to reach our platform

Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in via Google or other OAuth providers, we receive your name, email, and profile picture per your permissions
- Payment gateway transaction status from Razorpay

- Process and confirm puja bookings and product orders
- Match you with an appropriate verified pandit
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, and completion certificates
- Provide customer support and respond to grievances

- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law
We process your data on the lawful bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.
06Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:
- Booking records: 7 years (statutory financial record requirement)
- Account information: Until account deletion + 30 days grace period
- Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent

09Children's Privacy
Our platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email (to registered users) or a prominent notice on our platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
