01Puja Service Refunds
Refunds for puja bookings depend on when the cancellation request is made relative to the scheduled puja time.

All cancellations must be submitted via your account dashboard or by emailing support@myDivineFuture.com. Verbal or WhatsApp cancellations are not accepted.
02Product Refunds
For physical puja samagri and devotional products purchased through myDivineFuture:
- Damaged or incorrect items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
- Change of mind returns: Accepted within 7 days if the item is unused, in original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- Opened or used items: Not eligible for return unless defective.
- Perishable items (flowers, fresh prasad): Not eligible for return due to their nature.
Return Condition Requirements
- Item must be in its original, unused condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID) must be provided

Submit a Request
Log in to your myDivineFuture account, go to My Bookings or My Orders, and select "Request Refund" next to the relevant item.

Confirmation & Review
Our support team reviews your request within 1 business day and may reach out for additional information or evidence (e.g., photos for damaged products).

Approval Notification
You will receive an email confirming your refund approval with the amount and expected credit date.

Credit Issued
Refund is processed to your original payment method within the timeline specified below.

Timelines begin from the date of refund approval. Bank processing times are outside our control. If your refund is delayed beyond the stated period, contact your bank before reaching out to us.
05Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Puja bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time
- Completed puja services (even if you are dissatisfied with spiritual outcomes)
- Digital products: prasad certificates, recordings, e-puja reports
- Customised or personalised products made to order
- Fresh or perishable items (flowers, fresh fruits, food prasad)
- Gift vouchers and promotional credits
06Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, public health emergencies, or temple closures — myDivineFuture will:
- Offer a free reschedule to the next available date
- Issue a full myDivineFuture credit valid for 12 months
- Process a full cash refund if neither of the above is acceptable
We will notify affected customers via email within 24 hours of becoming aware of such circumstances.

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:
