01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the myDivineFuture platform — including our website, mobile application, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and myDivineFuture ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

02 Services Offered

myDivineFuture provides an online marketplace facilitating:

• Online and in-person puja bookings conducted by verified pandits
• Sale of puja samagri, sacred items, and devotional products
• Subscription-based spiritual services and packages
• Temple-related bookings and pilgrimage assistance

We act as an intermediary platform. The actual puja services are rendered by independent pandit professionals listed on our platform. myDivineFuture does not directly employ pandits unless explicitly stated.

03 Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and pandit confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. myDivineFuture does not store card details.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• For package bookings, the discounted price is the final amount charged; no further deductions apply.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In such cases, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.
• Digital products (prasad certificates, recordings) are non-transferable.

04 Cancellation Policy

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders), alternative arrangements or full credits will be offered.

05 User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent their identity or provide false information during booking
• Harass, abuse, or disrespect pandits or platform staff
• Record puja sessions without prior written consent from the pandit
• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the platform by directly engaging pandits outside myDivineFuture after initial contact through our platform

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

06 Pandit Services

All pandits on myDivineFuture undergo a verification process including identity verification, credential review, and community feedback assessment. However, myDivineFuture does not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, blessings, or results from any puja performed.

The puja is a sacred religious service. Outcomes are a matter of personal faith. myDivineFuture makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the spiritual efficacy of any service.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the myDivineFuture platform — including text, images, logos, icons, audio/video, and design elements — is the exclusive property of myDivineFuture or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants myDivineFuture a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for platform and marketing purposes.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myDivineFuture and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of pandits or third-party providers
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We encourage resolution of disputes through our grievance mechanism before approaching courts. Our Grievance Officer can be reached at grievance@myDivineFuture.com within 30 days of the issue arising.
